Citigroup seeks a Cross-disciplinary Controls professional to support end-to-end oversight across risk areas, assisting assessment, design, QA, and governance reporting. You will help test MCA compliance, provide data on adherence to ORM policies, and coordinate Citi's governance committees while escalating issues with accountability and transparency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in controls or risk.
• Good understanding of team interactions and objectives.
• Knowledge of controls development and execution in finance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist analysis on effectiveness of existing controls.
• Support enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Apply Enterprise Risk Management framework and policy adherence.
• Test MCA program attestations and related reporting.
• Provide data on MCA adherence per ORM Policy and Procedures.
• Coordinate Citi governance committees and risk reviews.
