PPG solicita un analista de planeación de distribución para elaborar, ejecutar y validar análisis estratégico. El rol optimiza costos de distribución y las rutas de reparto, con seguimiento diario de KPI y procesos.

Se requiere licenciatura y al menos 1 año de experiencia en planeación o gestión de rutas, además de dominio avanzado de Excel para gráficos y reportes. La posición se ubica en Guadalajara, con enfoque en estandarización de procesos, detección de desviaciones y soporte en la toma de

Responsabilidades

• Recabar información estadística de rutas de planeación.
• Reporte indicadores de entrega, costo de flete y KPI diarios.
• Estandarizar y alinear procesos de distribución.
• Detectar desviaciones y generar alertas de oportunidad.
• Analizar información para apoyar decisiones operativas.
• Asegurar la planificación de pedidos para cumplir la oferta.
• Monitorear costos de flete y proponer mejoras de red.

Objetivo Del Puesto:

Elaborar, ejecutar y validar analisis estrategico para optimizar el costo de distribución y eficientar las rutas de reparto. Seguimiento de indicadores de planeación de transporte de CeDis Foráneos, analizando escenarios donde se detecten áreas de oportunidad dentro de la operacion y seguimiento diario a los procesos y actividades de planeación.

Responsabilidades Clave:

• Recabar información de estadística de las rutas de planeación de CeDis Foráneos
• Realizar reporte de seguimiento de indicadores de efectividad de entrega, costo de flete de distribución e indicadores diarios
• Estandarizar y alinear procesos en CeDis foráneos.
• Detectar desviaciones, tendencias, comportamientos y riesgos operativos y generar alertas de oportunidad.
• Realizar reportes de seguimiento de KPI's de manera diaria y realizar el análisis de esta información para toma de decisiones.
• Asegurar la planeación de los pedidos ingresados para el cumplimiento de la oferta de servicio.
• Realizar el seguimiento del cumplimiento del costo de flete de distribución, creando estratégias para optimizar la red distribución

Requisitos:

• Nivel de Estudios: Licenciatura
• Experiencia de1 año o más en línea y distribución (en planeación de rutas o gestión de rutas de reparto, y desarrollo de análisis de diferentes diagramas como A3, 8Ds, Ishikawa etc.)
• Habilidades en excel para gráficas, tablas dinámicas y manejo de gran cantidad de datos y reportes.
• Conocimiento de metodologías de mejora continua.
• Capacidad analítica y habilidad para resolver conflictos.
• Capacidad para la comunicación efectiva, escrita y oral.
