Placements24 is seeking a Real Estate Market Analyst to join our Puebla, Mexico team. You will collect, interpret, and present data on property values, market trends, and demographic shifts to guide acquisitions, development, and sales decisions.

This role requires full presence at the Puebla office. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in a quantitative field, 3+ years of real estate analysis experience, and strong skills in Excel, R, or Python, plus the ability to communicate complex findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related quantitative field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years in real estate market analysis, financial analysis, or economic consulting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, R, Python) and database management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with real estate valuation methods and investment metrics.
• Knowledge of the Puebla real estate market is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in real estate.
• Analyze data on sales, rents, vacancy, and development across market segments.
• Monitor economic and demographic factors affecting Puebla market.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
• Develop financial models to assess valuations, returns, and feasibility.
• Collaborate with acquisition, development, and leasing teams for data support.

Education
