Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Apodaca, Mexico, seeks a Master Data Analyst to manage SAP master data for Monterrey plants and lead the MD and E&O team from setup to ongoing maintenance and reporting.

You will update part numbers, upload BOMs for New Products, drive process improvements, monitor E&O, and deliver accurate SAP reporting while supporting inventory activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience with SAP.
• Conversational English.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Goal-oriented, customer-service mindset and good communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deviations and engineering changes in SAP.
• Set up new parts, models, BoMs, Service SAs, batteries, motors, and Sas.
• Update part numbers in SAP.
• Upload bills of materials for New Products and DMold.
• Continuously improve Master Data processes.
• Prevent and reduce E&O.
• Produce SAP reports.
• Monitor department metrics (E&O, implementations, new products).
• Participate in inventory exercises and physical counts.

The Job:

Master Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining SAP master data for all Monterrey plants and overseeing the master data and E&O team, covering everything from initial setup to the maintenance and improvement of SAP systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the implementation of deviations and engineering changes in SAP
• Setup of new parts, new models, BoMs, Service SAs, batteries, motors, Sas
• Update part numbers in SAP
• Upload bills of materials for New Products and DMold
• Continuous improvement of Master Data processes
• Prevention and reduction of E&O
• SAP reports
• Monitoring of department metrics (E&O, implementations, new products)
• Actively participates in inventory exercises as well as physical inventory counts
