Envista Mexicali is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-driven decisions in a hybrid manufacturing setting, merging legacy processes with automated systems. You will build and optimize production databases, develop dashboards, and provide insights to improve efficiency and quality.

You will partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to align data requirements, automate reports, ensure data integrity across ERP, MES, and planning, and drive continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• +3 years experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• High-level expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL, database management, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MES platforms for production data management.
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• English proficiency (85%).

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Inventory Management.
• Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
• Support forecasting and planning processes through data analysis, scenario modeling, and insights generation.
• Monitor inventory levels, service levels, forecast accuracy, and operational metrics to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams to align data and business requirements.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility through BI tools and data visualization platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP, planning, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with team on root cause analysis for supply chain deviations, shortages, excess inventory, and demand fluctuations.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency, inventory performance, and customer service levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through process analytics and performance tracking.

The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across a hybrid manufacturing environment that includes legacy manual processes and advanced automated systems. This position is responsible for building, consolidating, and optimizing production databases, developing dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and quality. The role collaborates closely with the Sr. Manufacturing Improvement Engineer and other stakeholders to enable continuous improvement and prepare the organization for full automation.
