The role supports deal execution, builds detailed financial models (LBO, DCF, accretion/dilution), conducts due diligence, and helps prepare client pitch books and materials.

Ideal candidates hold a finance-related degree, at least 3 years in finance, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with solid understanding of M&A processes and communication.
