TT Electronics in Mexicali is seeking a cost-focused professional to handle fixed assets, CIP, and month-end close activities. You will prepare reports on fixed assets movements and assist with audits, while partnering with manufacturing finance to ensure accurate cost tracking.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in cost accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. You will analyze variances, support inventory accuracy, and drive process improvements in a manufacturing

Formación

• 2–4 years of cost accounting experience
• Experience with fixed assets subledger and monthly close
• Strong understanding of cost accounting processes
• English: intermediate to advanced

Responsabilidades

• Fixed Assets & CIP month-end duties and reporting
• Month end close activities related to Cost Accounting
• Variance analysis (Purchase Price to Cost, cost revaluation, PO to invoice variances)
• Collaborate with Inventory control to improve cycle count and accuracy
• Monitor inventory transactions, scrap, COPQ and COGS for accuracy
• Support internal/external audits

• Fixed Assets & CIP Knowledge.


• Perform month end duties such as, fixed assets subledger reconciliation, reporting monthly on fixed assets movements and periodic audits.


• Performs month end close activities related to Cost Accounting


• Perform variance analysis such as Purchase Price to Cost variance, cost revaluation, Invoice to PO price variances.


• Work closely and partner with Inventory control team to track and improve the cycle count process and inventory accuracy


• Monitor inventory transactions and processes including scrap, inventory, and COGS to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.


• Monitor scrap, COPQ transactions and processes, to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.


• Perform and provide analysis for internal/external audits.


• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field.


• English Intermediate to advanced.


• Proficient in Excel and ERP Systems


• Ability to understand the manufacturing environment and the associated financial processes


• Highly analytical, detail oriented and comfortable working with large data sets
