Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a role involving both purchasing and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, order management, and inventory control principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies according to demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery lead times, and quality of goods received.
• Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and manage freight costs.
• Analyze inventory levels and recommend adjustments to optimize stock and minimize carrying costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, sales) to ensure alignment on procurement and logistics needs.
• Assist in identifying and evaluating new suppliers and service providers.
• Process invoices and resolve any discrepancies related to purchases or shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
