Autozone, Inc. busca un Analista de Contabilidad para gestionar conciliaciones bancarias mensuales y entradas contables relacionadas con seguros y gastos acumulados. El rol implica revisar reportes contables y mantener checklist de asientos durante cierres.

Se requiere licenciatura en Contabilidad y 2–3 años de experiencia en contabilidad general. Trabajo presencial en Monterrey, México, con responsabilidad en libros US y MX.

Formación

• Licenciatura en Contabilidad o equivalente.
• Experiencia de 2–3 años en contabilidad general.
• Capacidad para preparar conciliaciones y asientos contables.

Responsabilidades

• Registrar los asientos relacionados con amortización de seguros y acumulaciones de gastos de auditoría, seguridad, basura y servicios de limpieza.
• Preparar las conciliaciones bancarias para libros de EE. UU. y México (28 conciliaciones) y revisar los items.
• Mantener actualizados los informes contables (p. ej. reportes AssureNET y checklist de asientos).
• Verificar a diario que todos los asientos estén aprobados y mantener actualizado el listado de información para auditoría interna y externa.

Description

Prepares the bank conciliations of 14 accounts on monthly and periodically basis (14 for US books and 14 for MEX books), loads the journal entries related to insurance amortization (medical, life and fire insurance). In addition, records the accrual of following expenses: security guards, alarms, garbage recollection, cleaning service and audit services of Datazone, Zone Compra and the CAT. This person keeps updated the check list of standard journal entries during the closing period and ensures that it is completed.

Position Responsibilities:

• Record all the journal entries related to amortizacion insurances and accruals of audit services, security guards, garbage recolection, alarmas and clearing service.
• Prepare the bank conciliations for US and Mexican books (28 conciliations) and review all the items in conciliation.
• Keep updated the reports of accounting (i.e. AssureNET reports and check list of standard entries).
• Verify on a daily basis that all journal entries are approved. In addition, keep updated the list of requirements of information during the process the internal and external audit.
