One Mobility Group is seeking a Regional IT Manager for the Americas, based in Mexico (Ciudad Juárez or Comonfort). You will lead IT service delivery, drive governance, and partner with global teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.

You will manage budgets, vendor performance, and drive continuous improvement, change programs, and regional talent development in a fast-growing mobility tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT services across a regional scope.
• Proven track record in budget planning and vendor management.
• Strong collaboration with global IT teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT service delivery across the Americas region.
• Drive adoption of Global IT standards, platforms, and governance.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into technology solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT teams across infra, applications, security.
• Manage regional IT budgets, resources, and vendor performance.
• Ensure IT governance, privacy, risk, and audits with stakeholders.
• Drive KPI-based improvements, automation, and efficiency.
• Lead IT transformation and cloud/security initiatives.
