Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is seeking a Storekeeper to receive, store, and distribute materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely deliveries. The role supports continuous improvement and 6S initiatives within a mid-sized, multinational environment.

Responsibilities include FIFO/PCPS monitoring, cycle counting, and coordination with the shift leader to address discrepancies. Basic English and forklift familiarity are preferred as part of daily operations.

Formación

• Educational background: high school level required.
• 1 year minimum warehouse experience and handling inventory.
• Familiar with cycle counting and BOM interpretation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and using MRP systems.
• Basic English for technical terms and safety communications.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, store, and sort materials to maintain inventory levels.
• Deliver material based on part number, quantity, and time standards.
• Notify shift leader of discrepancies and low inventory at delivery locations.
• Maintain 6S in the work area and support KPI dashboards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Kanban/ FIFO processes.

Objective / Purpose of the Function

The Storekeeper receives, stores, and sorts materials, reviewing, organizing, and distributing them to maintain the necessary inventory levels and ensure efficient service to the organization, aligned with teamwork and continuous improvement.

Develop and execute a strategic plan to support and continuously improve knowledge, skills, and the learning environment in a mid-sized, high-mix multinational engineering and manufacturing organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor FIFO/PCPS and cycle counts for the area.
• Deliver material based on quantity, part number, and time according to standards.
• Notify the shift leader of discrepancies and inventory levels at the locations from which the material is delivered.
• Monitor FIFO/PCPS and cycle counts for the area.
• Compliance with internal work regulations
• Support the objectives defined in KPIs (Dashboard)
• Participation in Continuous Improvement
• Maintain the 6S in the work area
• Monitoring transit locations (P2CART/CART/FLREC/TXWHSE)

• Educational level: High school
• Experience as a warehouse worker (minimum 1 year)
• Inventory knowledge (Intermediate)

• Materials and chemical handling (Basic)
• Knowledge of C-TPAT and AEO (Intermediate)
