the company seeks an Air Pricing Associate to join the team, learning the trade and mastering our technology systems. You will coordinate end-to-end shipment pricing, from procurement to marketplace rates, and work with cross-functional teams to secure necessary costs.

You will procure and record rates, handle spot and fixed pricing, and support Account Management with timely pricing. A BA/BS and 2–3 years of related experience are required, with strong analytics and bilingual English/Spanish

Formación

• BA/BS and 2–3 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of operations, procurement and technology within the industry.
• Experience with imports/exports from sales, operations, or procurement perspectives.
• Experience building and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Analytical and data-driven problem solving.
• Strong analytical tools (Excel, Looker; basic programming a plus).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end pricing solutions for customers.
• Coordinate pricing with cross-functional teams to secure procurement costs.
• Procure rates from vendors and maintain in cost databases.
• Fulfill dynamic pricing requests for fixed and spot rates.
• Record rates clearly in sell databases for Account Management.
• Follow up on pricing submissions to improve conversions.
• Resolve pricing escalations quickly with good judgment.
• Monitor communications channels and support pricing operations.
• Identify pricing improvements to increase profitability.
• Support strategic pricing tasks (bid mapping, analysis).
• Share risks and barriers with regional leadership and resolve them.
