Job summary

EPAM NEORIS seeks an Automation & AI Governance Lead (AIOps) to drive modernization through a robust governance framework. You will lead internal engineering teams, coordinate vendors, and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and quality standards.

The role focuses on consolidating fragmented automation efforts, delivering scalable, secure AIOps solutions, and driving GenAI and Azure-based strategies to improve incident resolution and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or IT Technical Consulting in enterprise environments.
• Automation Anywhere advanced developer certification, including agentic automation.
• Vendor management experience overseeing Outsourcing and MSPs.
• Experience implementing AI solutions (technology-agnostic).
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, information security, and governance.
• Fluent English with strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and enforce governance standards for Automation Anywhere and AI.
• Ensure third-party and vendor deliverables meet quality, security, and architectural standards.
• Act as technical lead and people manager for internal teams and partners.
• Develop AI strategies using GenAI tools and Azure to improve incident resolution.
• Assess business needs to determine optimal automation path (RPA, scripting, AI).
• Execute PoCs and provide hands-on intervention for medium-to-high complexity initiatives.
• Audit, consolidate, and centralize fragmented automation efforts into a documented ecosystem.
• Manage relationships with Outsourcing and MSP technology providers.
