About the job

As an AI Transformation Consultant, you will be a key partner guiding customers through adopting AI to drive tangible business outcomes. You will work with executive stakeholders to reimagine core business functions, design and implement AI-augmented operating models, and lead transformation initiatives that leverage Google AI products and Workspace. Google Cloud accelerates customers' ability to digitally transform and solve critical business problems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-level executives to identify and prioritize core business areas with the greatest potential for AI-driven disruption.
• Develop the roadmap and business case for transformation and quantify the expected P&L impact through increased productivity, reduced operational costs, and enhanced security.
• Stay at the forefront of Google AI advancements and inject new possibilities into the transformation journey by rethinking processes and designing cloud-native operating models where modern workplace productivity solutions replace legacy workflows.
• Design governance frameworks, security controls, and collaboration policies to ensure secure, compliant, and effective usage of Google AI across the enterprise.
• Define a compelling Digital Employee Experience goal that aligns Workspace capabilities with business outcomes and lead cross-functional teams to translate that goal into a scalable, adopted solution.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Experience delivering cloud productivity suite migration or adoption programs with enterprise companies.
• Experience in project, product, or program management.
• Experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or a related field, with client-facing leadership experience.
• Ability to fluently speak and write in English and Spanish; willingness to travel up to 40% within the region.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience developing cloud business cases and TCO analysis aligning productivity suite costs with business value metrics.
• Experience analyzing adoption data and usage metrics to provide insights and inform OCM efforts.
• Track record of applying modern collaboration technology to drive business outcomes.
• Understanding of Workspace or equivalent products and ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technology audiences.
