• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Analytical mindset with ability to map and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Own redesign and delivery of cross‑department business processes using AI.
• Shadow teams, map real work steps, and validate outcomes against targets.
• Plan rollout, write SOPs, and deliver training for rebuilt processes.
• Establish monitoring to detect drift and report progress to leadership.
