Zendesk seeks a technically strong Sales Engineer to craft production‑ready POCs and tailor demos that showcase our AI capabilities. You will connect Zendesk to complex client stacks using REST APIs and webhooks, and drive technical validations with the account teams.

Travel up to 50% annually, working from Mexico City or nearby areas. A strong background in JS/Python and AI concepts will help you build compelling, scalable solutions for enterprise customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative technical discipline or related field.
• 2–4 years in a technical client-facing role or hands-on software development with pivot to presales.
• Hands-on experience with modern programming languages and web tech (JavaScript, Python) and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop custom POCs and tailored prototypes to showcase Zendesk’s platform and AI capabilities.
• Build and maintain API integrations to connect Zendesk with client tech stacks.
• Lead technical validation sessions and security reviews with client teams.
• Scale internal tooling and create reusable code snippets and automation templates for field engineers.
• Stay current on AI trends, LLMs, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent frameworks.
