Job summary

ProTrans International in Monterrey, MX seeks an AI Product Manager to define and deliver AI-powered products that boost operational efficiency and customer experience.

You will partner with business and technology teams to translate needs into requirements, guide AI solutions from discovery to adoption, and help establish responsible AI practices across U.S. and Mexico operations.

Strong collaboration, data sense, and knowledge of ML concepts are valued; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant product management, agile, cloud, data, or AI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI use cases based on customer needs and value.
• Translate problems into product requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with data engineering, analytics, data science, and security teams on data quality and governance.
• Design discovery, experiments, pilots, and rollouts with measurable adoption.
• Define and monitor AI performance measures including accuracy, drift, and user adoption.
• Establish responsible AI controls for privacy, security, and compliance.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy-versus-partner options for AI platforms.
