Salesforce in Mexico City is seeking an AI Lead, Creative Technology & Systems to drive the next generation of visual production. You’ll blend cinematic artistry with generative AI, overseeing concepting, prompting, and pipeline engineering to deliver high-end visuals and 4K outputs at enterprise speed.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Motion Design, you’ll direct art direction, prototype styles, and quality control across motion and static touchpoints while accelerating the MXC cell’s

• 7+ years as a Commercial Director, Head of AI, or Lead AI Artist in top production houses or agencies.
• Deep command of generative AI tools for photorealistic imagery and video synthesis.
• Hybrid art direction with strong storytelling, framing, lighting and cinematic sensibility.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams and translating ideas into technical workflows.
• Professional fluency in English to align with global stakeholders.

Show, Don't Tell.About this roleWe are seeking an AI Lead, Creative Technology & Systems to serve as the primary innovation engine and technical director for advanced visual workflows across the MXC node. Combining a deep background in commercial film/agency production with cutting-edge expertise in generative tools, this role transcends traditional post-production.Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Motion Design, you will oversee the intersection of director-level visual craft and automated generation.
