Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Specialist for our AI Consulting Governance & Strategy Community to design frameworks that enable safe, scalable AI across business units. Translate regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps and embed ethics, transparency, and accountability in every solution.

You’ll work with stakeholders worldwide to align governance with strategic objectives, managing risk and fostering responsible AI adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law (Digital/Tech focus), MIS, or Ethics/Philosophy.
MBA or JD is highly preferred.
Native-language proficiency mandatory to navigate regional legal nuances.
English proficiency at least B1 (Intermediate) to collaborate internationally.

Responsibilities

Strategic Roadmap Development: identify high-value AI use cases and align with ROI targets.
Governance Framework Design: build robust governance structures, policies, and reviews.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: assess alignment with EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST RMF; mitigate bias/privacy/security risks.
Ethical Oversight & Transparency: develop rubrics for explainability and fairness; ensure traceability.
Organizational Change & Literacy: run workshops to close the AI expertise gap and promote data-driven ethics.
