AlertMedia is seeking a Software Engineer in Test II (SDET) to join our AI-focused engineering team. You will enhance automated testing for AI features, ensure robust agent orchestration, and improve quality across web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality software, mentor teammates, and advance QA practices in an AI-native environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of QA/SDET or software testing roles.
• Experience with LLM evaluation techniques and AI features.
• Hands-on testing of agentic systems and failure modes.
• Experience mentoring teammates or QA thought partner.
• Strong API, integration, and distributed systems testing.
• Designing scalable automation frameworks for modern web apps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience using AI-powered engineering tools to improve QA.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain evaluation and regression suites for AI features.
• Test agent behavior end-to-end and ensure safe fail states.
• Design automated test coverage to prevent regressions.
• Perform manual, exploratory, functional, and regression testing across web/mobile.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
• Execute API, integration, and performance testing for reliability.
