BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Python) to design and implement AI-powered systems using LLMs, RAG architectures, and production-grade pipelines in a fully remote role.

You will collaborate with global teams, optimize AI workflows, and ensure reliable, safe, and scalable solutions across business domains. English proficiency required; remote work from anywhere.

Formación

• 4+ years of AI/Software/DS experience.
• Experience with LLM-powered systems.
• Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and LangChain familiarity.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain production-grade AI applications using Python and LangChain.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy with external data.
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs and vector databases to support complex reasoning and semantic search tasks.
• Architect scalable data processing systems to prepare and ingest content for AI/ML workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy and identify opportunities for intelligent automation.
• Monitor and refine model performance to ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of AI solutions.

AI Engineer (Python) at BairesDev

As an AI Engineer (Python), you will design and implement advanced AI-powered systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures. You will act as a key link between cutting-edge AI research and production-ready applications, ensuring that intelligent automation is effectively integrated into business workflows.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain production-grade AI applications using Python and orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy with external data.
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs and vector databases to support complex reasoning and semantic search tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
• Proven expertise in developing AI-powered systems using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience architecting and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain.
• Deep understanding of integrating LLM APIs and cloud services like AWS into production workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
