BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Mobile) to design and ship AI-powered Android applications. You will build multi-agent systems and production Android apps using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, working autonomously from product ideas to released features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent open-source frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Self-directed product engineering mindset, able to work from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.
• Full-stack range with comfort diving into unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
