Improvado is seeking a Technical Support Team Lead to build automation and AI layers for a fast-growing marketing data platform. You will lead a small Analysts team and design agents, workflows, and tools that embed AI into daily support work.

Responsibilities include automating ticket triage, crafting playbooks, troubleshooting data pipelines, and collaborating across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. Remote-first role with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated leadership of a small analytics or support team.
• Strong SQL skills for data troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with automation and AI tooling.
• Familiarity with workflow platforms and integration tools.
