Checkout.com is seeking a highly organized, tech-forward Talent Operations Associate in Mexico City to join Global Talent Acquisition. This role blends high-touch candidate coordination with AI-driven operations and analytics, driving efficiencies in scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will partner with senior leaders, optimize our Ashby ATS, and build dashboards to track key metrics, fostering scalable interviewer enablement in a hybrid setup with three days in the office.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume interview coordination or talent operations.
• Proactive problem-solving to resolve scheduling and operational challenges.
• Proficiency with AI tools, prompts or workflow automation to improve efficiency.
• Data-lluency and ability to build reporting dashboards to drive decisions.
• Strong executive presence for interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy with modern ATS usage to manage candidate pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• AI-driven scheduling and logistics to manage multi-time-zone interviews and reduce bottlenecks.
• Assertive stakeholder management with senior leaders and interviewers to meet SLAs.
• Data and analytics: build recruitment dashboards and transform data into insights.
• Interviewer enablement and training to maintain a scalable pool of interviewers.
• ATS optimization: monitor and improve Ashby usage and integrations.
