Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation consultant to lead end-to-end process redesigns, integrating AI into future-state designs and operating models. You will drive stakeholder workshops, defend recommendations to senior leaders, and guide adoption strategies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business outcomes align with people and process changes, while mentoring junior practitioners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–8 years of experience in process excellence or management consulting.
• Lead client discovery workshops and present to senior leadership.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for benchmarking, analytics, or workshops.
• Experience designing future-state processes with AI integration points.

Responsibilities

• Own the full process transformation design cycle from assessment to future-state definition.
• Embed AI agent experiences into process designs and define escalation triggers.
• Lead design of operating models, adoption plans, and change management.
• Facilitate client interviews and defend recommendations to senior client leadership.
• Contribute to business development and co-author proposals.
