Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an experienced scientist to assist in the formula development of Fabric Care products, leveraging consumer insights and new technologies. You will evaluate stability and properties to ensure high-quality formulations and communicate results across teams.

The role involves collaborating with R&D, marketing, network operations, supply chain, and packaging, while exploring AI-enabled approaches to accelerate development and improve lab capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields required.
• Master and/or PhD preferred for advanced roles.
• 2+ years of laboratory/R&D experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formula development of Fabric Care products.
• Evaluate stability, micro-robustness, formula & ingredient properties; communicate results.
• Deliver high quality product performance aligned with consumer insights.
• Develop/modernize methodologies to enhance lab capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, supply chain, packaging).
