Outlier is hiring as a QA Coder to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft CS prompts. This remote program invites applicants from across Latin America, including Mexico.

You will help train AI models to excel in code generation and contribute to quality guidelines. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science with production-code experience, strong English skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code: flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across dimensions such as accuracy and instruction following.
• Write computer science questions and prompts to challenge AI models.
