Job summary

Outlier is seeking QA Coders to review AI-generated code, rate model responses on key dimensions, and craft well-structured computer science prompts. This is a remote, contract opportunity open to Latin America, with pay up to 34 USD/hr plus incentives.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree, have production code experience, and can communicate fluently in English while maintaining high attention to detail. Applicants from remaining Latin American countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase in a software environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and style.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts for AI models.
