Outlier invites talented software professionals to join its structured, remote program that trains AI models by reviewing and refining code. You will work on evaluating AI-generated code, scoring model responses, and crafting clear computer science prompts from anywhere in LatAm.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree, have production-grade coding experience, and communicate fluently in English. This is a freelance 1099 opportunity with flexible hours and remote participation across the LatAm region.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using provided guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write computer science prompts to challenge AI models and push coding capabilities.
