Emerson & Company busca un Desarrollador(a) de IA y Automatización I para unirse a su equipo en Metepec, México. El rol implica diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de automatización utilizando IA, RPA y Python dentro de procesos existentes o nuevos.

Se trabajará con herramientas como Power Platform, GitHub y APIs, con certificaciones en Python y Robocorp/Sema4.ai como valor añadido. Ideal para perfiles con pasión por sistemas inteligentes y aprendizaje continuo.

Formación

• Conocimientos básicos de Python y herramientas de IA.
• Familiaridad con Robocorp/Sema4.ai y herramientas de automatización.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación en inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de automatización con IA, RPA, Python y Power Platform.
• Trabajar en proyectos en equipo para entregar procesos automatizados.
• Aprender y aplicar Scrum para gestionar proyectos complejos.
• Aprender estándares de desarrollo y aseguramiento de calidad para las automaciones.
• Desarrollar el ciclo completo de una solución de automatización: identificar oportunidades, recopilar requisitos, probar y desplegar.

AI & Automation Developer I

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Automation Projects:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes using Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Members of the Intelligent Automation team will work on project-based assignments in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver automated processes
• Learn and use Scrum agile project management framework to manage complex projects
• Learn and implement development and quality assurance standards to ensure stability and reliability of automations
• Ability to implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools

Training:

• Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Python, GitHub, Robocorp/Sema4.ai RPA, Microsoft OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Artificial Intelligence tools, APIs, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Pursue and successfully pass Python Level I & Level II and Robocorp/Sema4.ai certifications
• Learn the Intelligent Automation toolset

Continuous Improvement and Technical Support:

• Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes
• Learn and apply Lean and process improvement methodologies
• Apply feedback and learnings from each project to continuously improve and grow
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for deployed automations

• Entry level proficiency with Python
