Job summary

Fx31 Labs in Mexico City is seeking an experienced AI Architect – Strategic Lead to define enterprise AI strategy and design scalable AI solutions with a focus on digital payments and fintech.

You will drive AI governance, security, monitoring, and performance standards while leading AI engineering teams and translating business needs into production-grade AI programs across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect – Strategic Lead to define AI strategy, design enterprise-grade AI solutions, and drive AI adoption aligned with business objectives, particularly in digital payments and financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI strategy, architecture roadmaps, and enterprise AI adoption plans.
• Design scalable AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Evaluate AI technologies and cloud platforms to develop secure, production-ready solutions.
• Establish AI governance, security, monitoring, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guide AI engineering teams.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud AI services.
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, security, and observability.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and technical leadership skills.
