Globant is seeking a proactive Scrum Master to join our Monterrey team. You will lead agile ceremonies, coach the team, and help the Product Owner refine the backlog to deliver high-quality software on a predictable cadence.

With 3–4 years of hands-on experience and a Lean-Agile mindset, you will navigate team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven Scrum Master experience for software teams.
• First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM I).
• Deep understanding of Agile values and servant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and user story writing.
• Remove impediments and foster a safe, collaborative team environment.
• Track metrics like velocity and burndown to improve predictability.
