Bluelight Consulting is seeking a skilled project leader to join our fast-growing software consultancy. You will guide Agile projects, lead Scrum ceremonies, and ensure delivery of high-quality applications for diverse clients.

You will develop goals, schedules, and budgets, coordinate resources, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with business strategy.

Formación

• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading Scrum teams.
• Ability to develop project goals, schedules, and align with business strategy.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and resource coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project goals, objectives, and schedules to align with defined business strategy.
• Define project budget, and monitor and adjust the plan as resource requirements change.
• Communicate and document project quality and progress metrics.
• Address and resolve project issues to ensure the project remains on track.
• Define and ensure resources are assigned to meet project goals.
• Develop, track, and document all aspects of the project.
