Formación

As Solutions Integration Senior Specialist, you are a sharp generalist — the person who thinks clearly, sees the whole system, and moves. What You Will Do

Contribute across the Entire Agentic AI Customer Delivery Process

• Work end-to-end — from supporting the creation of proposals to supervising complete tracks within the integration of an Agentic AI system — as a true generalist, guided and backed by Agent Suite leaders who mentor you at every step
• Contribute ideas at the level of anyone in the room — critical thinking, systems thinking, clear communication, and a bias to action — growing into greater ownership as the craft becomes yours
• Learn the craft by concretizing the work — turning direction into delivered outcomes alongside professionals with decades of mastery
• Bring the disposition and the diligence to follow through with stakeholders — tracking commitments to completion so that nothing falls between the cracks

Crystallize the Learning

• Be the point where hard-won lessons become durable — helping document and codify the battle-tested insights the practice earns in the field
• Contribute genuine ideas as you help concretize the work — turning experience into reusable knowledge, so every lesson compounds instead of being learned twice

Technical Requirements

• Early-career track record in consulting, technical delivery, or engineering — ideally with exposure to fintech, payments, or enterprise AI
• Demonstrated critical and systems thinking — the ability to structure a problem, see the whole, and reason toward a sound answer
• Curiosity about agentic AI and how it gets built and deployed in the real world
• Professional fluency in English, with mandatory fluency in the local language of the market

What Will Set You Apart

• A graduate degree — an MBA or MSc in Technology Management, Engineering Management, or similar is desirable
• Hands‑on exposure to agentic AI frameworks or orchestration patterns — through study, side projects, or early professional work
• Experience in a Year‑Zero or early‑stage environment, where you had to figure things out without an inherited playbook
• Familiarity with how AI is governed in regulated industries — a working awareness of frameworks like GDPR, the EU AI Act, or PCI‑DSS
