Accenture México is seeking a Senior Agentic Consultant/Manager in Customer Technology – Commerce to lead architecture, delivery, and scaling of Agentic Commerce implementations across Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, and MACH stacks.

You will drive end-to-end programs, embedding AI capabilities into production-ready commerce environments, guiding multi-region teams in AI-enabled transformation with governance and value realization. Strong emphasis on security and observability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
• 5+ years delivering enterprise-scale commerce and digital platforms
• Proven leadership across multi-region programs
• Advanced English level
• Willingness to travel may be required
• Deep experience with Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, or MACH stacks
• Hands-on leadership in agentic AI architectures in production systems
• Expertise in API-led, microservices-based architectures for distributed commerce
• Experience integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and contextual memory
• Proven success leading prototype-to-production programs with CI/CD and cloud-native DevOps
• Experience defining AI governance frameworks and observability benchmarks

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead Agentic Commerce architecture patterns across composable and platform-led implementations
• Translate AI-driven commerce strategy into executable roadmaps for Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, MACH ecosystems
• Lead prototype-to-production transformations embedding agentic workflows into live commerce environments
• Architect modular, reusable agent frameworks integrated with APIs and backend services
• Drive build vs. buy decisions across LLM platforms and AI infrastructure
• Lead large, distributed engineering teams across AI, backend, data, cloud, and DevOps
• Oversee CI/CD and cloud-native deployments on major clouds
• Ensure seamless integration with CRM, CDP, payments, orders, and fulfillment systems
• Embed governance, auditability and explainability into architectures
• Define KPIs to measure agent performance and ROI
