Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Agente de Ventas de Seguros de Auto for a fully remote role in Mexico. You will engage potential customers, assess auto insurance needs, and present tailored coverage options to clients in the Ciudad Juárez region.

Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting needs assessments, providing quotes, and guiding clients through enrollment. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential for success in a remote work

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various prospecting methods including online channels and referrals.
• Conduct needs assessments with potential clients for auto insurance requirements.
• Present and explain auto insurance policies with benefits and coverage options.
• Provide accurate quotes and assist clients through applications and enrollment.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Stay informed about new products, market conditions, and competitors.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues post-sale.
