Formación

• Real estate license for Morelos or ability to obtain one quickly.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads through networking, open houses, online marketing, and other channels.
• Guide buyers through the property search process and assess their needs and preferences.
• Assist sellers in pricing properties and develop marketing strategies.
• Showcase properties to buyers highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout and after the sale.
• Stay current with market trends, property values, and competitor activity in Cuernavaca.
• Collaborate with mortgage brokers and inspectors to facilitate closings.
• Balance client interactions, showings, and administrative tasks.
