What you’ll do

Drives regional agency revenue growth by managing agency relationships to support sales promotion and cross-functional execution of global sales strategies. Leads the planning and implementation of sales promotion programs to retain clients and expand opportunities by understanding and supporting agency goals. Key responsibilities include building relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing consultative expertise. Leads regional agency programs to support global initiatives and cross-functional team alignment.

  • Establish Pinterest as a leading business driving platform in your region
  • Drive incremental and new business revenue within your book of business
  • Act as the primary point of contact, escalation point and thought leader for your agencies
  • Build relationships at the c-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform and maximize success for their partners
  • Continually keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings so they can present new offerings to partners
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with agency leadership and important constituencies
  • Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of agency investment, planning, social and research
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency relationships
  • Work cross-functionally to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform
What we’re looking for
  • 8+ years of digital advertising agency and agency sales experience, working specifically with media and related agencies on brand and performance advertising products
  • Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus
  • Demonstrative capabilities in implementing sales strategies into an agency book of business, showing a strong understanding of agency operating models and structures
  • Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability
  • An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
  • Can communicate effectively in English (verbally and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience

In-Office Requirement Statement
  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we\'re not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration at least 2-5 times per week. Therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Mexico City office.
