Ideal candidates should possess extensive media sales and programmatic advertising experience and demonstrate strong analytical and relationship-building skills.

Formación

  • 6+ years of media sales experience.
  • 5+ years of programmatic advertising experience.
  • Experience with CTV and STV.

Amazon Advertising is looking for a senior leader to hire, lead and develop the Agency team (5+ team members). This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior business development leader to join the team to accelerate Amazon Advertising’s strategic agency partnerships in Mexico. This is a senior, customer-facing position requiring a consultative style that focuses on leading Amazon’s relationships with key agency partners in Mexico. The right candidate will be a dynamic and sales-oriented professional, possess an analytical mindset and be comfortable with complex data sets whilst displaying excellence at relationship development. You will be empowered to develop and roll-out strategies that evolve how Amazon and agencies interact. You will be a thought-leader in this space and a confident presenter of those ideas. You will empower agencies by consulting on how to leverage Amazon’s proprietary data, measurement, and technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes for advertisers. You will drive product innovation by collecting detailed feedback from external partners and sharing it with internal Amazon teams. Advertising agencies and programmatic media in particular are evolving rapidly – the ability to thrive in this exciting and fluid environment will be critical to the success of this role. The ideal candidate should have management experience and be able to grow and develop a high performing team over time.

Responsibilities
  • Own relationships with key agency senior partners while developing and executing business plans which drive long-term growth and adoption of Amazon Advertising’s tools and products.
  • Develop and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Levels and deliver periodic business reviews to key agency stakeholders to illuminate and drive new business opportunities.
  • Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of training, roadshows, summits and other agency-wide events.
  • Collaborate with agency decision-makers and Amazon Advertising sales teams to drive development of specific advertiser accounts.
  • Listen intently to agency feedback on business alignment and usability of the Amazon DSP, organize and share that feedback with product teams, and collaborate with Product Management to drive scalable changes through to completion.
  • Develop and execute a customer-led growth strategy for use of the Amazon DSP.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Manage business relationships with media Agencies – 6+ years of media sales experience.
  • Programmatic advertising experience – 5+ years.
  • Experience with CTV and STV.
  • Track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals.
