RTX in Mexicali is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer II to enhance manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include developing, evaluating, and improving processes to boost efficiency and safety, working with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be proficient with CAD software and Lean methodologies.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Experience with machining, assembly, or soldering processes.
• 1+ year experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to support manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
