Intuitive is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead manufacturing process improvements and Lean tool implementations in Mexicali, Baja California. You will drive quality and efficiency in the production of precision instruments for minimally invasive robotic surgery.

The ideal candidate has a BSME, at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, and knowledge of ISO 13485. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential to succeed in this role.

Formación

• 4 years as Manufacturing Engineer with IQ, OQ, PQ validations experience.
• Experience in a mid/high volume complex mechanism manufacturing environment.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English at 85% proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute leadership and technical skills to manufacturing processes.
• Drive Lean tool implementation and continuous improvement projects.
• Evaluate and approve designs for manufacturability and quality.
