• Prepare monthly/quarterly executive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with regional and local teams to validate information and ensure consistency in global reporting.
• Analyze variances, trends, and events impacting financial performance.
• Support reporting automation, analytical tools, and dashboards development.
• Participate in projects related to financial information systems and data governance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate reporting guidelines and standards.

Generate, consolidate, analyze, and communicate financial information for CEMEX at a global level, ensuring the quality, consistency, and timeliness of key performance indicators used by senior management for decision-making. Active contribution to the continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, implementation of analytical tools, and alignment of reporting criteria across regional and corporate teams

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor consolidated financial and operational KPIs, including Sales, EBITDA, EBIT, Net Income, Free Cash Flow, ROIC, Working Capital, and other strategic indicators.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly executive reports and presentations for Senior Management, the Executive Committee, and other corporate stakeholders.
• Coordinate with regional and local teams to validate financial and operational information and ensure consistency in the global reporting process.
• Analyze variances, trends, and extraordinary events impacting the company’s financial performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives, reporting automation efforts, and the development of analytical tools and dashboards.
• Participate in corporate projects related to financial information systems and data governance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate reporting guidelines, definitions, and standards.
• Analytical thinking and ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Attention to detail and strong focus on information quality.
