What awaits you?
  • Coordinating the TecSa team to successfully complete all Laboratory tasks, acting as the subject matter expert in material analysis and quality assurance at the battery module production center.
  • Developing and delivering high-level training programs for new team members, ensuring that technical knowledge remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Coordinating the planning, maintenance, calibration, and operation of all equipment.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of material properties, composition, and performance using diverse analytical techniques (spectroscopy, microscopy, mechanical testing, SEM/EDS, etc.).
  • Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of and strict compliance with VDA 19 guidelines and other relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinating and ensuring the execution of all safety protocols within the Laboratories, thereby maintaining a safe and impeccable working environment.
What should you bring along?
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry engineering or similar fields.
