Google Inc. in Mexico City seeks a Technical Solutions Consultant to own the technical relationship with Google Ads clients and partners.

You will lead cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Sales, and Product Management, from concept design and testing to data analysis and support of our advertising platforms. You will balance business needs with technical constraints, design innovative solutions, build tools, automate products, and drive technical operations across partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
• Experience with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems and roadblocks around product, data and tools access for internal and external customers.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows across a wide variety of projects.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to improve or develop new Google tools and products.
• Collaborate with Consumer and Engineering teams to write complex code and implement tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and the end user experience.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate with internal teams and external consumers, advertisers, and publishers to provide technical and business feedback as well as deliver technical solutions.
