We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Adobe Support Developer

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands‑on role responsible for the day‑to‑day maintenance and activation of digital experiences
  • Quality and timely deployment of content
  • Provides essential Level 1 and Level 2 operational support and monitoring/troubleshooting for live promotions and experiences
  • Perform hands‑on Content Updates and maintenance for Brand, Customer, or Partner content across all owned channels and sites
  • Provide operational and Level 1 support by actively monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues during live experiences
  • Closely collaborate with the agencies and DCX teams to track project progress and support the timely completion of milestones established during the kick‑off meeting
  • Maintain the audit trail of content changes and assist the Operations Lead with status reporting data.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience working within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for content entry, campaign/promotion configuration, and testing
  • 2-4 years of experience in a digital operations, content management, or MarTech support role
  • Basic to intermediate skills in monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving production incidents related to digital channels
  • Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑up skills to ensure adherence to established QA and deployment processes
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
