TE Connectivity is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Director, Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement. The role involves proactive calendar management, travel coordination, meeting execution, and leadership communications in a fast-paced global environment.

The candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and build strong relationships across global teams.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Significant experience supporting senior executives in a global setting.
  • Strong calendar management, travel planning, meetings, and communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage a complex global calendar with multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, lodging, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and process expense reports per policy.
  • Organize leadership team meetings, reviews, and events.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for leadership meetings.
  • Track decisions and follow-up items with stakeholders.

Job Overview
A fantastic opportunity to join TE Connectivity’s Automation & Connected Living (ACL) Sector:

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Director, Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement. The role serves as a trusted partner who enables leadership effectiveness through proactive calendar management, travel coordination, meeting execution, communication support, and leadership team administration. The Executive Assistant will work independently, exercise sound judgment and discretion, anticipate business needs, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Job Requirements
  • Manage a complex global calendar, including prioritization of meetings, customer engagements, leadership reviews, and strategic business activities across multiple time zones.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts, assess priorities, and proactively recommend solutions that make effective use of the executive’s time.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for administrative matters and coordinate communication and information flow with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, itineraries, and required travel documentation.
  • Prepare and process expense reports accurately and in accordance with company policies and timelines.
  • Coordinate recurring leadership team meetings, operating reviews, staff meetings, workshops, offsites, and other business events.
  • Prepare agendas, collect and organize presentation materials, distribute meeting content, and support meeting logistics.
  • Track decisions, action items, and follow‑up commitments from leadership meetings, partnering with stakeholders to support timely completion.
  • Assist with the preparation, formatting, and coordination of presentations, reports, organizational announcements, and leadership communications.
  • Maintain confidential business information, records, files, and documentation with a high level of discretion.
  • Build effective working relationships across global teams, functions, and organizational levels.
  • Partner with other administrative professionals and business stakeholders to coordinate support and ensure effective coverage.
What Your Background Should Look Like
Key Qualifications, Experiences and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Significant experience supporting senior executives or business leaders in a complex, global organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, international travel, expenses, leadership meetings, and business events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience coordinating activities across global time zones and cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
