Stellantis is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead ADAS program activities in Mexico City. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and drive issue resolution from pilot builds to EOL activities.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and deep knowledge of APQP, DV/PV, EBOM, and quality/warranty processes. Travel to US/Canada assembly plants is anticipated.

Formación

  • Experience leading automotive programs including ADAS or similar.
  • Strong ability to manage budgets and schedules across teams.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional project leadership.

Responsabilidades

  • Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report to stakeholders; plan timing and development for each ADAS ECU/System.
  • Oversee GIMS/Issue Management and burn-down processes; identify and resolve issues.
  • Identify need for ADAS War Rooms and coordinate as required.
  • Lead Assembly Plant Pilot builds; ensure timely resolution of ADAS issues.
  • Coordinate ADAS software trials and EOL activities with EE SWAT team.
  • Lead resolution of ADAS SCA Vehicle Audit issues; ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support Core Engineering Team with part verification, APQP, DV/PV, Off Tool parts.
  • Manage EBOM and oversee Quality/Warranty analysis; implement actions.
  • Coordinate assembly plant clean points and Service Actions to improve quality.
  • Provide manufacturing support for calibration station and EOL.
  • Investigate and action Bulletins (Feasibility, Impact Analysis, Technical Solution).

  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report to stakeholders regularly. Program timing and development plan for each ADAS ECU/System.
  • Oversee GIMS/Issue Management and burn-down processes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Identify the need for and coordinate ADAS War Rooms when necessary.
  • Lead Assembly Plant Pilot builds, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of ADAS issues.
  • Coordinate ADAS software implementation trials (PER trials) and collaborate with EE SWAT team for End of Line (EOL) activities.
  • Take the lead in resolving any ADAS SCA Vehicle Audit issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to Core Engineering Team, including part verification, APQP, DV/PV, and Off Tool parts activities.
  • Manage EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials) and oversee Quality/Warranty analysis, implementing necessary actions to address quality concerns.
  • Coordinate Assembly Plant clean points and oversee Service Actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manufacturing support for calibration station and EOL.
  • Investigate and Action Bulletins (Feasibility, Impact Analysis, Technical Solution)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to analyze data and create compelling presentations.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving project objectives and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with budget management and cost analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of APQP, DV/PV, EBOM, and quality/warranty analysis processes is desirable.
  • Familiarity with software implementation and end-of-line activities is desirable.
  • Ability to travel to assembly plants, including the US or Canada, to support vehicle builds (20-40%)
