Valeo in San Luis Potosi is seeking an Activity Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives for the site and coordinate cross-functional teams in the push for continuous improvement.

You will manage indicators, support the QRQC process, and represent Valeo customers on quality matters while participating in launch activities and warranty analysis. This role requires close collaboration with the Site Quality team and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Physical Indicators for the Activity.
• Develop and coordinate the Activity Quality Improvement plan following guidelines from product Line, Regional, Operation, Group and Product Group.
• Promote Quality Culture in coordination with the Site Quality Manager.
• Ensure that QRQC is well implemented.
• Support the site 5 axes improvement plan.
• Manage Quality network within the Activity.
• Challenge SQA network to obtain FTA in time and confirm PDCA action.
• Represent Customer within Valeo on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation).
• Participate in RU Ready / Launch meetings.
• Represent Quality in Technical Committee when relevant.
