Movado Group is seeking an organized and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our new AR team in Mexico. You will be responsible for client invoicing, cash application, collections support, and maintaining accurate records across our ERP system. You’ll work with Finance, Sales, and Customer Operations to ensure timely payments and high-quality service.

Fluency in English and Spanish, strong Excel skills, and SAP experience are valued.

Formación

• 2-5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• Proficient Excel and ERP experience (SAP or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary customer contact for outstanding invoices, reconcile accounts, ensure correct cash application, and manage daily AR transactions.
• Support collection activities - following up on overdue payments and resolving customer queries.
• Review customer credit deductions for accuracy, validity, documentation, and duplication and create credit memos in our ERP system.
• Interface and communicate directly with customers via electronic, portal or direct communication (phone, online meetings) as required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our AR systems.
• Work closely with colleagues in Finance, Sales, and Customer Operations to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the team with reporting and process improvements.

We're looking for an organized and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our new AR team in Mexico. You'll be part of an international function supporting Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and excellent customer service.
