Capgemini is seeking a senior Enterprise Analytics professional to design and maintain accounting analytics, including Oracle database development and Business Objects reporting. You will oversee data models, performance tuning, and end-user dashboards to support financial reporting.

The role requires extensive experience with Oracle RDBMS, SQL/PLSQL, and SOX-compliant reporting, with Tableau and Snowflake experience a plus. You will work across finance and IT teams in Mexico.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT, Enterprise Analytics, Oracle database development, and BI reporting.
• Strong Oracle RDBMS background with excellent SQL/PL/SQL skills.
• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise analytics reporting and data warehousing.
• Proficient with Business Objects reporting and end-user dashboards.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with Tableau and Snowflake is a plus.

Your RoleThis role is responsible for building and maintaining the internal Enterprise Analytics Accounting solutions which includes but is not limited to database design/modeling, database creation, Oracle database development, performance optimization, data loads, reporting and dashboards.Provide senior level technical expertise in overseeing the design, implementation and maintenance of the data architecture function as well as serves as the in-house expert that leads and promotes innovative data designs, data quality improvements, and financial reporting solutions supporting Accounting and Finance.Design and develop Enterprise Analytics reporting solutions using Business Objects (Explorer,Information Design Tool (IDT), Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Analysis for OLAP andDashboards).Responsible for the construction of advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including storedprocedures, packages, functions, and views that provide the necessary data to support Accountingand Finance reporting and Enterprise Analytics solutions.Your ProfileMinimum 5 years' experience in IT, Enterprise Analytics,Oracle database development, Business Objects reporting, and database technologies.Strong Oracle RDBMS background with excellent Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills.Strongability to use Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for developing database solutions, including storedprocedures, packages, functions, and views.In-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies.Extensive experience developing Oracle stored procedures, packages, functions,views, and performance-optimized database solutions.Strong background developing Business Objects reports, Universes, and end-user reporting solutions.Strong understanding of database design strategies, Oracle performance tuning, and query optimization.Strong understanding of accounting principles, accounting processes, financial reporting, General Ledger, reconciliations,and month-end close processes.Strong understanding of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) reporting requirements and internal controls, with the ability to develop, maintain, and support reporting solutions that meet compliance, audit, and financial reporting standards.End-to-end knowledge of Enterprise Analytics and data warehousing architectures.Excellent analytical and organizationalskills to gather and document business requirements.Experience with Tableau and Snowflake is a plus.What you’ll loveWork on meaningful projects that use technology to solve real-world challenges.Be part of a company that values sustainability, inclusion, and digital equity.Contribute to building a better future for people, planet, and society.Need to knowThis role can be working from any state of MexicoCapgeminiCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
